iso mounting problems

So I'm trying to mount a .iso file to run Destroy All Humans 2,
It mounts, but instead of giving me the option to run it, it just gives me the 'open folder to view files' option
Inside this, there's no start up file or way around it
I'm not completely inept with computers...but im pretty stuck here. I'm not really that well-versed in this area!

extract it with winrar rather than mounting it... it will either run straight away or allow you to run the installer.

well it all came in just over two dozen .zip files and a about a dozen R35 files, I extracted all of those and it extracted as one .iso file
i mounted that and then the stuff i said above happened

i extracted it...basically the same result, it just transferred the files i could view from the drive to a folder where i extracted it to
