ISP Hacking Router can I stop it?

My isp tech support manager is a criminal and continues to get on my router EA8300 Linksys via my modem Motorola MB8600. Stole my identity 2 times in one yea, have tried CUJO and all kind of apps. I need hardware I think, to keep him limited to modem ONLY!! Long story love to share but this is my question btw CUJO Linksys software and fing, not anything shows he in on my network excaept, via research and plz know I’m compTia certified tech but nothing about this have I crossed. I can block his Mac and about 3 hours he is back on with same Mac. What hardware or software does a home user like me need??? He shows as AP by 2E-D9-74 with Mac 2e:d9:74:3e:74:58. Shoots me to gulithub.com and everything is unknown languages to me. He uses a Linux box by amazon... this cat is slick. I can only see him threw an Android app called analiti. It’s an intentional and criminal act. I can’t even use my pc’s because a viruse that goes undetected in the Panther folder in the win dir. he replaces windows Panther fielder with his. I know I need to report him again. Last time fired and rehired 3 weeks later so I wand prevention before going forward. Can u keep you’re isp off you’re wireless network. He even uses my Linksys software. He sent me a picture of him using it. But the router is not what can keep him out. That I know of. I have been at this since May 2017. I did disable my 5 GHz that he was hid under, and he is not on the network at this time. I work for the Governor for Gods sake. Your the one I get emails from that I actually learn. Can you please help??

Change to a different ISP.

Disable remote access on router. Change router admin password. Change wi-fi security settings.

Report to ISP and/or change ISP as suggested by USAFRet. If you know who this is, contact the police and file a complaint as well.

Try lan to wan, use your isp router as modem only and connect a lan port to the wan port of another router. The wan port will not let anyone through, of course disable wireless and don't use it for wired devices. As the other person said, disable remote access (if it appears, mine doesnt). Use only the secondary router! Set a different admin pass on both, report him to your isp, and good luck mate!
