ISP Installation

I have 2 hard drives. My operating system is installed on my primary drive and my programs are on the secondary drive. To get the best performance which drive would be better to install the Internet Service Provider?

Install on the main drive, although it doesnt really matter. ISP isnt going to be a taxing program at all.
