ISP problem

Hi people. This is my problem. I have two ISP passwords and im using one. But
when i want want to change ISP username and password i cant.
I enter 192.168.1.1 in web adress field and modem password is Admin and username Admin but i cant change ISP password and username. Why?
My modem is Huawei HG520b.

The default l/p is admin/admin if you reset the router to defaults you should then be able to login to the device and do whatever you want to it. To reset it there should be a small hole on the device that you push a paperclip into and hold for 10sec or so while it's powered on.
