Hey guys, so I built a new computer a couple of months ago and right from the get go I have had an issue with the shutting down process. Everything works fine once it gets into the UEFI or the OS but whenever the computer is required to restart and I do so it does not boot back up. Once I click restart the fans dont stop spinning but the OS shuts down. In order for me to get back on I had to hold down the power button for a few seconds to shut off the power or turn it off from the PSU to get into the UEFI. I am now at the point where ever I try to get into the OS it says, "you're computer ran into some problems...we're going to restart things for you", which then creates even more problems. I really need some help here, any hints or advice on the issue would be greatly appreciated.
