issue installing usb 3.0 expansion card

i just purchased an inateck usb 3.0 pci express card link here: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00B6ZCNGM?psc=1&redirect=true&ref_=oh_aui_detailpage_o01_s00

i go to install it and i get this when booting up

im not sure where i need to connect the power i tried hooking it up via a 4 pin to the psu directions were quite unclear. im a little skeptical about plugging MORE power into my mobo i have an asrock h97 pro 4
on a side note i can find one 4 pin on the motherboard.

the image above is a generic picture, some motherboards with a lot of PCIe slots require more than one.
in your case the one molex 4 in to the motherboard. the PCIe USB 3.0 card will require more power than it can receive from the slot, hence the power connector. if your power supply has a free molex, or a free SATA power cable, one in turn will plug into the y adaptor that came with your card, then the y adaptor plugs into the card.

only one plug either molex or SATA will connect to the adaptor, and the other will remain free for another device. only needs one power plug

i have tried both with the molex y and the SATA y both give me this screen

does it work if you remove the card?
try without the y. the y is so you can still use the powercord. it should fit a sata power plug directly into the card.

it works if i remove the card it works if i remove my wireless card and leave the 3.0 in...... i even tried swapping slots

correct me if im wrong but im not suppose to plug anything but the card into my motherboard right?

I think your are out of PCIe lanes.
motherboard model please, VGA, and wifi card please.
i5 4590 16 PCIe lanes

it turns out that it needed a molex connector on the motherboard as stated by the image
