Hello, I just built my first PC today. I turned it on, all fans turn on, everything seemed fine. Then I look and see the VGA red LED light on and steady on my MSI motherboard. I took out the video card and no difference, light still on. Motherboard lights turn on, PSU turns on.
Any possible reason for this?
I triple checked all wires and wiring.

No video output. Tried both Integrated and Discrete vídeo outputs.

EDIT: Systems turns on, VGA light comes on but 5 seconds, then turns off. System still on.

Specs:
i7-6700 (Bought today at Frys Electronics)
MSI B150 Gaming M3
ASUS GTX 1070OC 8GB
8GB DDR4 Crucial
120GB SSD & 1TB HDD
600W EVGA 80+ PSU

Yes, VGA light still turns on with graphics card removed from system. I'm going to test the RAM and see if that could be the problem. I'm also going to reset the CMOS here shortly. I'll edit this post once I do. If a CMOS reset doesn't do anything I'll check the CPU socket pins as well.
