My specs are:
I7 2600k
Msi rx 470
2x8gb ddr3 hyperx fury ram
Corsair hx850 psu

When booting my system, itll power on for a split second with the fans lighting up however will immediately power back down. I've tested different ram, a different cpu, a different motherboard and even a different psu. I'm just completely stumped on what could be the problem, please help.

Well it seems that in each and every time you used the faulty part. Could be:
  1. the electric wall outlet
  2. the power cord from the PSU to the wall
3 the hard disk / SDD / USB stick from where you try to boot
4 any cable used in th PC (power, SATA, etc.)
