Here is the statistics when im ingame:Hey there,
The 1660ti is getting a bit dated now, specially for newer games.
Set up MSI Afterburner OSD to show CPU clockspeed/usage/temps - Also the GPU clocks, usage, temps.
Run HW Monitor along side it, so you can see what's happening on the fly.
Does lowering the settings give you more FPS?
You can also run Cinebench R23 and see what clocks your CPU is hitting under load.

It's possible your ram is not running at full speed.
Power plan is High performance and all drivers are up to dateOkay, so your ram isn't running at full speed. This could be the issue.
You will need to set the ram to XMP or DOCP (For Asus motherboards). This will bring you a huge boost in FPS, sometimes in the region of 25%, game dependant.
There's a lot going on there. Stock cooler, is not enough and just about keeps the CPU within Spec. Ram is running at it's lowest rate. Set XMP/DOCP.
Bios is pretty recent. There is another one for your mobo, but it might be better to leave as is for the moment.
Are all system drivers, chipset etc,. up to date? What power plan are you using?
XMP/DOCP set? Your mobo may limit the speed of the ram to 2933, 3000mhz.Power plan is High performance and all drivers are up to date
