I just installed an MSI GTX 760 into my computer and all is working correctly other than when I start up my computer. It's doing something very odd where when I start the computer the screen doesn't come on (The screen power light is orange). But if wait for about 30 seconds to a minute the screen will turn on to windows logging in and have no issues at all after that. It's like my screen doesn't recognize that the computer has started until it actually gets to windows. I have tried resetting the bios by taking the battery out for a minute and putting it back it. But still the same result.

So what could be causing this?

My desktops specs are:
Dell XPS 8700
520W PSU
Intel I7-4790 3.60GHz
12GB ram
MSI GTX 760 TF OC 4GB

Thank you!

in the bios look for primany display and muilt monitor support with intel and amd cpu that have built in gpu video if the main dispaly is set to auto in the bios the system may be for a few min posting off the onboard video port. make sure in the bios primany display is noit set to auto but pci/peg first.

Sadly in my bios there is no option to change the primary display.
