So I recently bought a laptop. This one https://www.lenovo.com/ph/en/laptops/ideapad/ideapad-300-series/Ideapad-330-15-Intel/p/88IP3000996:

Specs:
CPU: i3 7020U Stock
RAM: 4GB DDR4 2133mhz
GPU: Integrated GPU Intel HD 620
HDD: A 500GB HDD not sure which one

Well so I´ve seen some benchmarks of people with my same iGPU but with an i3 7100U and they got at CSGO an average FPS rate of 80, I get an average of 45 fps so I thought that it could be the CPU difference, but they are almost the same. So I went through my Intels panel setting and I put them all to the lowest ones, same with csgo all lowered and the resolution to the minimum. Suprisingly there was a difference of 5 fps. So I really need your help guys.
Btw I dont have VSync on neither the fps capped.

Lowest settings look at the FPS.

I know that is not made for gaming, but csgo is a game from 2012 which runs at more than 250 fps on my main PC which is not the best one in the world, but if a core 2 duo can run csgo at stable framerate an i3 even the worst one should be able to do that too. And about the benchmark thing I dont really know what they did with the memory. But they said that they had 4GB they could be lying as you said.

Yes as I mentioned above I was aware of that, but the actual difference is minimum. I mean you can expect a performance loss of 5-6fps but not 30fps difference

And how is this possible if there are PC that have a core 2 duo that perform better?

Video card or better built in graphics.
