Issue with AMD Radeon HD 6570

Hi I am having a issue with my AMD HD Radeon 6570 graphics card.. It works works quite fine but right after I install the graphics driver and restart the pc just before I login it goes black screen then displays pink blocks on the screen then eventually the blue screen pops up.. I've seen on YouTube someone having the same problem with the same card. But didn't find a fix for it. I was wondering if the was a fix for it or is it done. Thanks.
