[SOLVED] Issue with BenQ Zowie XL2411K

Sup friends, I got this monitor in December and about 2-3 months later I had this issue where the monitor would randomly black screen and would come back after like two minutes of me repeatedly shutting off and on until picture came back. Next problem that happens(I dont know if its a feature or im just dumb) is that when I'm watching Youtube there would be a red silhouette around the video that I was watching. Lastly, the Displayport stopped receiving input I would now only be able to use HDMI and not the displayport. Im trying to see if its a issue that I can easily fix or if I would have to pay to get it fixed. thanks guys

What cable did you use? Have you tried another cable and port?
And is it totally random or it will happen at a specific moment like you're doing something?

It is always random, and the cable that I used on another monitor worked just fine.

Hmm, do you have another pc/laptop or any device you can test with?
Cuz, if the same issue still happens, then there's a high chance the problem is on the monitor, vice versa.
