Hello everyone. I’m trying to install Windows via usb and I keep getting the

“reboot and select proper boot device or insert boot media in selected boot device and press a key”

it all started when I formatted an ssd from a another pc and wanted to put it in a new system. I keep getting the same error even when my Windows usb is in and my ssd is disconnected. I have tried to reset my bios with pulling the cmos battery but nothing has worked. Also made sure AHCI was enabled. I also tried playing around with boot priority but still no success. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

that isn't how it works. You install windows on PC its meant to run on

what motherboard do you have?

how new/old is installer? try making one on another USB? On another PC, download the Windows 10 media creation tool and use it to make a win 10 installer on USB
it could be the USB itself.
