Issue with computer doesn't do anything but turns on

Finished putting computer together now it doesn't get anywhere

I switch ram
I clear battery cmos
Speaker does make noise
Just black screen no display
And fans are full speed I think. they are loud

Start at the beginning, specs of the system, new parts or used? Did you check all connections, motherboard seated properly in case with all stand-offs in the right places, CPU/heatsink in properly, all RAM is seated OK, etc...?

Got it figured out, posted in the right section after this.
I bought a delid 4690k which didn't turn on and the guy offered to swap for 4670. And they are implying that I should not buy from craigslist. I got everyone's point. Lol.
