Today my pc randomly turned off when I was just browsing the internet, not doing anything intensive and it wouldn't turn back on at all, the fans and LEDs would be on for a split second, so at first I thought it was my PSU or motherboard, but I unplugged all the power to my components from the motherboard power sockets besides my psu/fans and turned my pc on.
To my surprise all the fans turned on, so I started plugging in each of my components one by one and turning on the PC to see if it would turn on. Long story short, when ever I give my CPU power the PC fails to turn on. Could this be my CPU cooler issue as I've seen online motherboards have features that turn off if the cooler is poorly seated or not working properly, or would it be a CPU issue?
