Issue with custom paper size in MS Word

I'm trying to print 6inch x 6inch invitations. They will fold so card loaded is 12inch x 6inch.
But each time I enter this custom size into Word it retorts to 12inch x 8inch, causing the invite to print with the top part missing (because they printer thinks it's larger than it actually is!).

Any help with this will be greatly appreciated!!

You have to set-up both in MS Word and in printing properties for that custom paper size.
