Question Issue with Dual ram channel on Asrock b450m steel legend using Geil super luce rgb 16gb rams

I just finished building my pc and my rams are in dual channel but my system started to hang and reboot on its own while using dual channel so i switched into a single ram channel and now the system is working fine but I tried switching the ram sticks and both of them work fine rgb is fine but when using both of them my system starts to crash. Need help ASAP thanks in advance.

Mobo: B450M Steel Legend
CPU: Ryzen 5 2600
GPU: GTX EVGA 1080 FTW
Memory: Geil super luce rgb 16gb ram
Storage: silicon power 512gb M.2 NVME
PSU: EVGA 500W BT

Have you tried both dual channel configs, or just the one?
-Channels A1 and B1
-Channels A2 and B2

Since it appears that both sticks work, your motherboard may have come with a faulty ram slot... or you have a bent pin in the socket that relates to dual channel mode.

Something weird happened I used only 1 ram stick to boot and install all drivers then used both ram sticks and closed the rgb for few hours gamed on it and everything then the next day i restarted the system then used the rgb, everything is working well now so far its just weird.

So it looks like you simply needed to update the drivers. That's great if that's all it was!
