Not sure if it's my GPU or monitor, but whenever I use a DVI (so i can actually have 144hz), my PC cuts out.. First of all when I boot up it thinks my monitor is a secondary display and then when i get it working, playing a couple of game etc.. It will cut out. I can plug in again and keep trying again but it just won't work... (I've tried a couple of times and it works for about 10 mins) Any suggestions?
My GPU is very old, it's a GTX 260 lol. (Getting a 1080 in about a week) but is it possible it doesn't support 144hz maybe?
