Issue with flash player videos (I think)

First off, If this is the wrong section, sorry!

For a couple days now I have had this issue with flash player that eventually during the day(I think its usually when my computer has been on for a little bit) when I start to play flash player videos on youtube or anything that uses flash, the video gets choppy and the audio gets a little staticy and my CPU usage spikes up. This has never happened before and I've had this computer for about 2 years now(I built it).

Currently my machine is still running, restarting it usually fixes the problem, but if I go over to my process list, firefox is using 800k memory and flash player is the next on the list using 230k.


I need help! restarting my computer to fix it is a tiring 'fix' and I have no idea why it really started happening.

I am using firefox, but I opened chrome before restarting and the problem still stood. I restarted my computer now and the videos run flawlessly. I'm not sure what causes the issue

Hasn't happened yet but wish there was a fix for flash player itself. not a big fan of how it doesnt full screen all the way.
