Issue with gigabit router not getting gigabit speed

I have recently purchase a "linksys Ea6300 Ac1200 router", and am running CAT6 cables to all the devices. What is going on is that my laptop which has a gigabit NIC and a Gigabit cable running to a Gigabit port is only transferring at 100Mbps. I set the main FTP devices to static routing so that I can use filezilla and just transfer faster. I have also tried setting it to automatic but still running at 100Mbps. I have also tried switching ports on the router, but router makes that port run at 100Mbps. I have tried another known working 1Gbps cable and still only 100Mbps.
Laptop is an Asus K52J.

This is a screenshot of my configuration.

This is the log from my router.

Internet MAC Address:

Host Name: Eat-Your-Heart
Domain Name:

Linksys Smart Wi-Fi Services
Status: Connected

Ports 10/100Mbps 1Gbps
Internet X
10/100Mbps 1Gbps
Port 1 X
Port 2 X
Port 3 X
Port 4 X

I have tried factory resetting the router, but that left it in the same state.
Feel Free to ask for anything else that could help get this thing configured so I can transfer my files faster and not take a week to back up my hard drive. I would like to get this thing solve, and in turn learn more about how this all works. The weird part is that other 4 devices are set to similar configurations.

It seems that even my gigabit cable that is running to the WAN port is running at only 100Mbps.
My laptop is connected to Port 1, I have also tried to force the NIC to connect at 1Gbps. Though it still only connected at 100Mbps. I set the speed and duplex setting the NIC to 1Gbps Full Duplex, but still the same issue. Just need some guidance to get this thing back to normal. The Laptop has been moved through the ports, but has yet to get 1Gbps even when using one of the cables that is on either of the 3 other ports that are registering at 1Gbps. Makes me think Laptop config could be the issue.

Thanks in advance.
Cody.

I run 2 NAS and a USB 3.0 External HDD to router, I FTP to each of these to transfer files.
The NAS are gigabit connections, and support gigabit. Each cable is a Cat6 cable. With this laptop directly connected to another router it works at 1Gbps. and with it directly connected to the NAS it gets 1Gbps.

Dear Techang3l,

Have you found an answer to your issue? I also have a Linksys EA6300. I works fine for the past few weeks. But beginning yesterday, it automatically connected to the 10/100 instead of 1Gbps network. My internet speed suddenly dropped from previously 300Mbs range to now 80Mbs (I have 500Mbs from my ISP). I am also looking for an answer
