So I wanted to install Microsoft Server 2016 on a new 750GB WD Laptop Hard Drive. When I installed the drive, I connected it to the motherboard via SATA cable and put it in the sata slot to the left of my current hard drive that has Windows 10. The hard drive with Windows 10 is a Samsung 850 PRO with only 128GB. I have one more hard drive that is a WD 1TB Hard Drive that I use for storage of music, applications and such. So I installed Windows Server 2016 via USB to the 750GB Hard Drive(keeping in mind that the SATA cable is in the slot to the left of my current Windows 10 hard drive) and it installed successfully and I installed Windows SQL Server 2014 as well on that hard drive. The problem that I am running into is that when I restart my computer, even though the boot priority goes 1.Samsung Hard Drive 128GB then 2. WD 750GB Hard Drive then 3. WD 1GB Hard Drive in the BIOS, even if I spam F8 and select the Windows 10 hard drive to boot, it will boot the Windows Server 2016 hard drive instead. I have figured out that if I switch the Windows 10 hard drive with the Windows Server 2016 hard drive physically on the sata bridge, it is now only letting me boot the Windows 10 hard drive and not the Windows Server 2016 hard drive. Is this due to SATA positioning on the motherboard still? If so, if one were to have 2 hard drives with two different OS's, then what would the SATA configuration have to be to accommodate it? Or is there another underlying issue?

Thank you to anyone who could help me figure this out.

Solution
Install this: http://neosmart.net/EasyBCD/ on the first BOOT drive and it will help you make a boot menu without having to mess with BIOS.
