I'm moving my internal parts to a new case and never realized that the lower GPU mount on my ASRock Z690 Extreme mobo didn’t allow me to take full advantage of my GPU having been mounted on the lower mount.
Though I am trying to mount it in the top slot now, I feel it doesn’t seat fully as there appears to be some type of blockage that isn’t allowing it to fully seat, which is likely why I didn’t do it initially with my older case build.
While I want to just push it hard into the top slot, I don’t want to break anything, obviously, and was wondering if anyone has experience with this exact build, or at least mobo and another GPU where they had a similar seating blockage issues with the top slot but overcame it with forcing it in.
