Question Issue with intel i211 gigabit ethernet (Not in device manager)

Hello,

So I bought a new PC a week ago with the following specs:
CPU: AMD Ryzen 9 3900x
Motherboard: ASRock X570 Phantom Gaming 4
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2070 SUPER
PSU: Corsair RM750x
System: Windows 10 Home

So after a day I started getting issues that I had no internet connection, and it said "There is no driver for your networkadapter found". I tried installing the Intel drivers, but I couldn't because it gave me the following error: No Intel(R) adapters are present in this computer.

So I returned it to the store that built it for me, and they tested it and the ethernet worked perfectly fine for them. Today I received the computer back from them, but I am still having the exact same issues where it says "There is no driver for your networkadapter found" and I also can't find the network adapter in the device manager on Windows. I already reinstalled Windows 10, and updated my motherboard. I have no clue what I can do next to get this working.

Feel free to ask me any more details required to maybe get this issue fixed.
