Issue with Microsoft Surface Need Help

When i turn on my surface it goes to logo screen then spinning loading symbol starts but then the blue screen comes up saying it needs to restart cause problem happens, so it does but then it comes back on and says starting automatic repair then it freezes at that point

i have tried the reset of the surface, where i hold down the volume-down button and press power and release then let go of volume down when logo appears but it doesn't do anything it still goes to blue screen and restarts

any help would be appreciated
