Issue with Monitor? or PC?...or DVI Cable?

Alright, so I have once again returned to Tom's Hardware to get guidance on what to do in this situation.

I use my Pc for 2 main reasons, to work/browse/study/and game. The only game I happen to be playing is modded Minecraft (laugh all you want, but I love it). The issue I've been having for the longest time and it only occurs when I'm playing the game is that my monitor screen, after 5-60minutes of consecutive gaming, goes completely green. After it goes green I can't perform any actions resulting in having to reboot pc.

after googling it, either no one else is having that issue, it's not the same as mine, or people suggest a new HDMI cord as the pins could be bent.

I've tried installing new drivers for my cpu (Ryzen 5 2400G), which doesn't help at all.

If anyone has any ideas, or solutions to this problem, it would be greatly appreciated!

PC components:
Ryzen 5 2400G
Stock cooler.
1x8 GB DDR4-2400 Ram stick
ASRock A320M-DGS
no GPU
1TB HDD
Samsung SD330 24"Monitor.

(Notes) *Yes I did get my bios flashed so I can use the 2400G.
*Nothing is overclocked

Can you link me the video?

And also, I don't know anybody that has a GPU I can borrow so I might just have to take it to the nearest Canada Computer's to test.

There are many different programs you can use to monitor your CPU and GPU temps. A popular program to download is Core Temp. A quick google search should help you find a program and how to use it.

My Temperatures are around 40-50 degrees celsius when it goes green.
