Hi, I have been using an eVGA gtx 570 Superclocked card for over a month. It was running fine until I tried to install some beta drivers from eVGA. My fps on WoW dropped from a solid 30 in crowded cities (60 in less populated areas) to 20 or less in cities and 30 in unpopulated areas. I tried rolling back the drivers but it crashed. I then tried uninstalling the drivers and reinstalling the previous non-beta driver from nVIDIA which is what I had been using before. That hasn't fixed the problem. I talked to nVIDIA support but they basically told me to try what I had already done. My rig had been running fine for over a month. Any suggestions?

My system specs are:
AMD Phenom ii X6 1100T Processor
4 GB of RAM
eVGA gtx 570 superclocked.
Gigabyte 870A USB 3.0 mobo.

can you tell us what driver versions you used? (e.g. i am using 285.38 - it's a beta release, it allowed folk to play BF3 open beta)

have you checked the card and power connectors are still all in place on the mobo 100%?

when uninstalling - can you tell us exactly what you did? e.g. deleted folders, went in device manager, used driversweep, booted in safemode etc?

ive never played WoW but that gtx 570 should rock

what psu do you have?

chaz

ps its late here so probably wont see any reply til morning (8 hours)

I tried to install the eVGA 285.27 beta drivers. When uninstalling I went in device manager, I deleted folders and booted in safemode, nothing worked. The card is still connected as far as I can tell, I checked earlier and it seemed fine. Like I said, the issue started right after I installed the new drivers so I doubt that would have been the cause anyway. My psu is Raidmax RX-850AE 80 Plus Gold Power Supply.
