Issue with my HDD and SSD (PC not reading my HDD from time to time)

Hello,

I just recently got an SSD which I am using as my primary disk (Windows 7 32 bit) and i kept my old HDD where I have everything installed, ventrilo, games, etc.. now from times to times the computer wont read/recognised the HDD, I have checked the connections and they seem to be fine and it is weird that is goes on and off like that (it wasn't happening before). any ideas?

Change it's SATA cable & if the problem continues test the drive with SeaTools using the long/extended test:
