Question Issue with my Wireless Connection - Good strength, Poor Speeds

Good evening,

I've been having an issue with my wireless connection to my laptops, phones, and other devices for the past 6 months and have been unable to find a solution. The issue is that there is good connection to the router (full bars), but the download speed is only 5 mbps down when I am paying for 100 mbps. The bandwidth is extremely poor with multiple people streaming and using devices and with all the health issues going on, it is extremely hard to participate in video calls.

To start, I have plugged directly into the modem and get 100 mbps down. No worries with the modem, it seems. The router is a Linksys WRT1200AC. I have tried factory resetting, changing channels, changing between 2.4 and 5 ghz which has not helped. We have moved the router around as well to different spots and nothing else has changed.

Can anyone offer any suggestions on what can be done to fix this?
