Issue with new pc.

I got my new pc today, and it powers-up and everything but it won't display any signal to the moniter, keyboard doesn't seen to be response I tried the caplock numlock thing and it doesn't turn on. Also tried reinstalling the ram and gpu, still nothing. Doesn't know what to do right now.

My build:
Cpu: Amd Ryzen7 1700x
Motherboard: ASRock AB350 Pro4 AM4 ATX
Gpu: Radeon Rx 580 4gb
8 GB of ram ddr4/2400 mhz dual channel memory
Fan: Cooler Master Hyper 212 LED CPU Cooler
Hdd: 2Tb SATA-III 6.0Gb/s 64MB Cache 7200RPM HDD (Single Drive)
Power Supply: 800 Watts - Standard 80 Plus Certified Power Supply - SLI/CrossFireX Ready
Windows 10 64-bits


Don't really know whats the problem, new to pc.
