[SOLVED] Issue with new system build

the issue I have is after I built my pc and installed windows 10 enterprise , on some occasions when I rested my pc I don't get a signal to my tv or it will bypass the asus start screen and go straight into windows . now ive tried 2 different ssd's and different ram sticks but issue is still there . I don't have that issue when I start the computer when its completely off only have that issue when I restart the computer . I checked to make sure the settings on windows display is running at the same hertz as my tv and it is . Also I would like to ask how long should it take for me to get a signal on my tv when I turn on the computer ? because it takes on average 6 - 7 seconds for me to get a signal and ive tested it on 3 tv's to make sure , which sounds really long . ive ran out of idea's , can u help me out ? I fear it might be a faulty motherboard

Forgot to mention im using on board graphics , also have tried multiple hdmi cables

6 to 7 sec on boot on a sdd for a picture on the screen keep it this way .

So your saying that's normal ? when I say 6-7 sec I mean just to get a signal where u see the first asus logo screen

my system boot up on a ssd in 28 sec to os so yes that is ok .
