Issue with PrtScn

When I alt+PrtScn it should only grab the current active window, however, for some reason, when that active window is set to Maximize, it will grab a partial take of the Taskbar as well. I can't find any google links relating to this issue, was hoping someone might be able to help me out.

The only thing I can think of is that your active window is extending your taskbar (behind it)
