Question Issue with PSU or something else?

I have a work computer, from 2011. Today the screen started flickering, not off and on, but it was bright and then it would flicker to a darker brightness and back. It also was darker than usual. 2 hours after it started happening, the screen went completely black during video editing. 2-3 minutes later, the computer shut off, but the power light was still blinking. I had to disconnect the PSU for it to stop blinking. No idea what happened, any ideas?

Update: Booted it back up after 2 hours, seems to work but after the mobo screen and the windows logo the screen is just black.

Welcome to the forums, newcomer!

If the system's PSU is as old as the entire system, then the issue can very well be a PSU being on it's way out. We will need a little more information from your end pertaining to your system. Please parse the specs to your build like so:
CPU:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:

If it's a prebuilt, mentioning the make and model as well as it's SKU will help us two fold.

Thank you for the warm welcome!!
CPU: AMD Athlon II X3 425
Motherboard: mATX
Ram: 4GB DDR2 800 MHZ
SSD/HDD: 50 GB HDD DISK C 256 GB HDD DISK D
GPU: NVidia GeForce 9500 GT
PSU: Unsure, can't check as PC won't boot and all it says on the PSU is "KC-026". On websites with the same chassis and similar components the PSU is listed as 400w so that's the closest I can give.
Chassis: 2010 model MiniTower

The computer is a prebuilt, but I can't find the exact computer on the web, it seems that it was bought in a local store 11 years ago. The closest I could find is by googling "comcast 2300 comtrade". Googling that shows the exact PC chassis that is used on this PC, but not the same components.

There is also a sticker on the chassis that says the following:
C-SMKGJ/AGD/0-1
SN09C000502
RN-09-0695
The PSU was never changed.
The manufacturer is ComTrade.
