Issue with Random Restarts

So here is my issue as of now. I installed a new Seasonic Platinum 660W PSU. A while after installing it, I would get random restarts. After the holidays, I came home to it being much worse. When it does restart it sometimes goes past boot and stays on a blank screen with a blinking indicator. The LED debug on my mother board gives me a code of AE (Legacy Boot Event). Once I restart the machine myself it works just fine. Also sometimes it won't power on. I see that the mother board gets some power (enough to light up a power button located on the drive). I think it may be a bad power supply. I am able to play games for hours at time and even left the computer running for over 24 hours, and other times I can't even get an hour in. Do you think I should just send in my PSU to Seasonic? Oh I also got a Corsair 750D case recently, but I doubt that is the cause.

Here are my current specs: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/7FmHrH

This doesn't sound like a PSU problem. Please list the rest of your components, especially mobo and RAM. Reseat your RAM. Is anything overclocked? How old is it?
If they're not all solid, go over your motherboard looking for bulging or leaking capacitors.

I already looked at the RAM and Mobo (at least a quick glance). I will look at it more tonight/tomorrow. Nothing is overclocked yet and The CPU, RAM, Mobo, HDD, and SSD are 3 years old. The GPU is from September and the PSU is from November (but installed December) as well as the case.

The pcpartpicker link has the rest of my specs. But just in case:

I have another PC I can test other parts on. I probably do that. Luckily I just realized that my mobo is still under warranty for another few months.

Hmmm, sorry if I missed that your parts link was there.
Reseat the RAM, and check how it is running. I've gotten stability on some systems that were running their RAM at a command rate of 1T by setting it to 2T.
I have to wonder if your SSD might be the issue. Make sure your power settings do not allow your drives to power off; some SSDs have problems "waking up."

Other than making sure all [power] cables are fully seated, nothing else comes to mind. Is the PSU plugged into a grounded outlet or surge protector, or are you using an adapter in a two-wire outlet? If it's only a two wire outlet, switch to a grounded outlet instead; that's how the PSU shunts off spikes and other line disturbances.
