Question Issue with restart

Hi! im having an issue with my computer rebooting when im restarting it, it wont boot when i restart my computer, the computer stays on however im not getting any video whatsoever. I've already tried updating my BIOS and that did not fix the issue

im running a Ryzen Threadripper 3rd Generation as well as an MSI TRX 40 motherboard and an ASUS 2080 TI
