Question Issue with screen flickering on some games

Some games on my pc make my screen flicker; I know that at the moment dead by daylight, fortnite and rec room cause it. Games that use the Easy Anti-cheat software seem to cause it as these three programs use this anti cheat. I don't know what causes it. I have a GTX 980Ti and my monitors are 144Hz and 75Hz.
