I have had alot of PC issues in the last few months. But somehow I hit this issue a second time. This last one went away after I reformatted, but I'm desperately hoping to avoid reformatting. A long TLDR of what the below 'spoiler' shows is... I ran SFC /scannow, it was unable to fix the issue,so I ran dism, it said it went successfully, then I ran another SFC and it found corruption it was unable to finish still. Any suggestions?

C:\Windows\system32>sfc /scannow

Beginning system scan. This process will take some time.

Beginning verification phase of system scan.
Verification 100% complete.

Windows Resource Protection found corrupt files but was unable to fix some
of them. Details are included in the CBS.Log windir\Logs\CBS\CBS.log. For
example C:\Windows\Logs\CBS\CBS.log. Note that logging is currently not
supported in offline servicing scenarios.

C:\Windows\system32>Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

I am trying to upload the CBS.log but... I cant quite seem to find where to throw an attachment, and its larger than like pastebin or whatnot will allow.
