Trouble with the Arc A770 LE
I recently updated the bios to my motherboard, which allowed it to have ReBar support. I had some spare cash, so i decided to the Arc a770 to invest, however when i installed the gpu into my computer, and tried to turn it on, the pc simply booted to a black screen with a solid underscore on it. I haven't been able to do anything else. The Debug LED on my motherboard says the issue comes from "VGA" which is the gpu. When i install my previous GPU, an nvidia gtx 1660 super, everything worked out perfectly.
My current specs for my pc
intel core i5-9600kf 3.7 ghz 6core
MSI z390-a ATX lga1151
16 gb ram (8 x 2)
EVGA 500 w1 500w 80+ certified ATX ps
i assume the issue is that the arc wants at least a 600w, but according to pc part picker, the power draw shouldn't be more than what i have. i am planning to buy a new power supply soon anyway, but i want to make sure that is the issue. Did i get a dead card? Is there something im just missing?
