Issue with uninstalling/installing AMD drivers

Alright so, when i installed the crimson drivers a ways back, i attempted to uninstall all prior drivers, went through and deleted registry folders, deleted all user folders. etc. i thought i got everything, i uninstalled using AMD's uninstall tool thinking id be okay but ever since then whenever i open anything that detects what drivers im on. whether its GPU-z or MSI afterburner it still states im on 15.8 not 15.11 which would be the crimson version i have installed. this has puzzled me for some time and after doing some digging i cant find anything on the subject itself and would enjoy some help trying to figure this out.

Im on windows 10 64bit Upgraded from windows 7 with no fresh install (college has my time tied down) if that information helps at all
