Question Issue with white bar at bottom of screen with dual monitors

I have a BenQ xl2720 as my main display and a generic samsung monitor as the secondary. Recently I see this white bar at the bottom of the main display which goes 3/4 way across the screen. When I move my cursor over, I can see my cursor through the white bars. The second monitor is working fine.

The main display is connected via displayport and the secondary display via HDMI. The main display was previously connected using dvi cable and it presented the same issue. This had only recently happened.

Graphics are nvdia geforce 1070ti.
