Question Issue with xmp profile

Hello so i upgraded to ryzen 5 5600x i used to have ryzen 3 3200g and i ran xmp profile with 3200 mhz i have 2 sticks with 8 gb memory, on this porcessor i can only load 2933mhz otherwise pc wont boot it would shut down on windows boot. sometimes i get blue screen with error 0x0000225 after i put it on 3200mhz ram

ram are ballistix led 8 gb cl 16 3200mhz motherobard was just updated to support 5000 series procesors (b450m hdv r4) update 4.1 for motherboard first was 4.8 update so i tried to switch to 4.1 wich was the same resoult
