Question Issues after latest update

So Windows updated last night upon shut down, and when I tried to turn it on this morning it's messed up. I can log in just fine, and then my desktop shows for a second before going to a black screen where you can still see the mouse moving around. I tried hitting ctrl alt delete and nothing came up. The loading icon has appeared next to the mouse but nothing has happened so far. Anybody know what's going on and how to fix it?

If stil no desktop in taskmanager in the lefttop click file->choose "new task'-> type "explorer.exe" and click ok.

Yeah I did that, it made my desktop appear but the screen would blink and I couldn't actually click on anything.

Yeah I had some but they both gave me an error when I tried them.

If yopu can rightclick the start symbol choose Command Prompt (CMD) with administrative powers,when opened type "scf /scannow" see if that helps.

Can you back-up data? Just in case you need to reinstall.

It tells me 'scf' is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program, or batch file.

I can try to recover some files onto a USB I guess.

Sorry must be "sfc /scannow".
