Hell Everyone,

First I would like to put my system specs high level:
Microsoft 7 Professional 64-bit
Intel Core i7 2600K @ 3.4GHz Sandy Bridge
Motherboard: Asus P8P67 Deluxe
Hard Drive: 236GB Samsung SSD 840 Pro - Only hard drives attached

Ok this issue has a bunch of my coworkers stumped and I'm hoping that someone here could help me out. I recently upgraded to a SSD hard drive before that everything worked well and installed fine. First I had issues installing win7 for some reason the installation said that my copy of windows 7 was corrupted. After some searching I found it was the Port I used on the Motherboard. I moved it from S0 on the Marvel Ports to the Intel Ports. I was able to install just fine.

Now here comes the weird stuff. Installed the network driver which went fine. I tried to do Windows Update and got Windows Error Code 8024402F

Problems don't stop there though. I can access some sites and not others, I can access Google and Asus drivers, Nvidia download. However when I try to access Adobe IE will just sit and spin, same thing happens with Java, any Microsoft site. When I try to run a fix it tool I downloaded on my laptop it gives the results of repairing the Windows Update Database and that is it.

I did try the suggestions of running sfc /scannow, tried disc checker that went fine. I did also try doing the following:

regsvr32 urlmon.dll - Succcess

regsvr32 Shdocvw.dll - Failed - The module was loaded but the entry point dllregisterserver was not found

regsvr32 Msjava.dll - Failed - Same as above

regsvr32 Actxprxy.dll - Success

regsvr32 Oleaut32.dll - Success

regsvr32 Mshtml.dll - Failed - same as above

regsvr32 Browseui.dll - Failed - Same as above

regsvr32 Shell32.dll - Success

I unhooked all of my drives so only my DVD and Hard Drive is what is attached. I've tried clean installing about 4x but got the same results. I tried upgrading the drivers and that didn't affect the results. I flashed the BIOS, I am seeing that my DVD and Harddrive are UEFI and then I see two non UEFI of the same devices. I have turned off the Marvel Ports, Bluetooth, etc. So basically the only thing activated is the Intel Ports.

Please let me know of any suggestions. Thank you very much

Solution
My first instinct is the network driver, and I'll tell you why.
I've had a number of systems using Intel Network drivers have issues with the latest driver but then installing a previous version fixed the issue.

I noticed you have dual Gigabit LAN so you have two separate drivers being installed. Do you know if the drivers installed on the new SSD are the ones that were working fine on the previous hard drive? You might want to hook that old hard drive up and look in Device Manager to see which drivers were being used and make sure the same ones are installed on the SSD.

Alternatively, you can try this....

Thank you for the information :), I just got it working about 2min ago. I have the one network interface disabled as I can't get it to work, but I use the other one which is realtek. The driver that came on the Motherboard disk didn't work 100%, so I went and got one off of Realteks site.

Seriously.. If some others meet this problem.. Tell them to do this..
Win 7 (Works with Vista?)
START MENU-> CONTROL PANEL->NETWORK AND INTERNET->NETWORK AND SHARING CENTER->CHANGE ADAPTER SETTINGS->LOCAL AREA CONNECTION (RIGHT CLICK THE ONE YOU USE TO CONNECT TO THE NET AND CLICK PROPERTIES)->CLICK INTERNET PROTOCOL VERSION 4 (TCP/IPv4) {CLICK PROPERTIES}->ADD THESE DNS SETTINGS
PREFERRED 4.2.2.1
ALTERNATE 4.2.2.2

AFTERWARDS...
BACK TRACK TO NETWORK AND INTERNET->INTERNET OPTIONS->SECURITY {TAB}->TRUSTED SITES {ZONE}-> CLICK "SITES"
//\\OPTIONAL//\\ {TICK OFF (UNCHECK) "REQUIRE SERVER VERIFICATION (HTTPS FOR ALL SITES IN ZONE"} //\\OPTIONAL//\\
ADD THESE

Now.. Go to WindowsUpdate and check for updates..
