[SOLVED] Issues after Windows 10 installation

I installed windows 10 using a USB and installed onto my WD SN850 NVMe drive.

The installation went well and windows 10 installed correctly. However I have since shut down the PC and upon turning back on I'm now stuck on a permanent black screen. I can't get into bios, as soon as I press the power button on my PC I just get a black screen, no button mashing on the keyboard seems to do anything...

Seems really weird that the installation worked and everything was seemingly working correctly just for me to reboot the PC and now be stuck with nothing?

I have a similar problem if I try to restart too soon after I shut it down. If it goes to the black screen then I have to shut it down again and restart but it works. If I wait a minute or two before trying to re-start it's OK.
