Issues Connecting With One Computer.

Hey guys. This is my first time posting, so sorry if I mess up the format or anything.

I was not too sure what thread to put this in, however I have been having connection issues on games with a single computer only. If I am in a private lobby with said computer I cannot join, and direct connection to said computer never works. I beleive this started when my friend brought down the computer to my place and had a LAN. Do you have any ideas why connecting to him may be messing up.

My first thought is an IP address conflict. Are both machines set to get a DHCP address?

Yes, both machines are set to get a DHCP address. Not too sure where to go from here. Obtain a new IP address maybe?

EDIT: We have both tried to obtain new ip's. It did not work.
