Since last night I've been trying to figure out how to hook my bluetooth earbuds up to my laptop computer. A lot of times I watch TV upstairs when everybody's asleep so I'm using a long cord with wired earbuds which is annoying to say the least.
When I try to pair my Bluetooth earbuds with my laptop I'm getting the following error. https://ibb.co/4JxdmFz
Everything else I have will connect to this laptop, my phone, my tablet but these earbuds will not connect. They will completely install except for one thing and the images below.

It's an older laptop that I basically only use to watch movies and TV shows on and such ... can anyone help with this?
