I have a gaming zone with 10pcs need to know how to LAN all PC's with internet connected perfectly fully smoothly slightly on budget say me what do I need

TP-Link easy manage switches have built in QoS functions for the ports. With that you can provide "equal" performance to all the PCs.

You would have to get a 16 port as they go straight from 8 to 16 and there is no way to completley equal out bandwidth priority once you cascade them as all users combined on second switch get the same traffic priority as 1 user on first switch.

If you have a crappy internet connection then this wont be smooth no matter what.
