Hello! So I recently upgraded my PC’s motherboard and GPU.
I have an Intel i7 6700 CPU, and RX 5700 XT GPU

Given the specs and the card the game should be running great. And the frame counter shows that, I run at great frames. However whenever I join a public match whenever I shoot my gun the audio severely stutters and when a player comes very close the game seems as if it’s stuttering, but the FPS counter displayed very high frames still.
I updated my BIOS on my motherboard to see if it would fix anything but the problem is still there. I’m not quite sure what could be happening as the card and processor are both fairly solid. Any advice would help, thanks guys!

Solution
Yeah I don’t think I reinstalled windows. Is it ok to reinstall it once those drivers are in?
Reinstalling Windows means reinstalling everything else after that.
Drivers, applications, etc.

And yes, with a motherboard swap, a full wipe and reinstall is strongly recommended, usually required.
