Hey everyone, I just finished building my first PC so I decided to install Windows 10 with a flash drive I recently bought with other PC components.
First I decided to put the flash drive in the USB 3 slot, and this what happened when I entered flash mode https://ibb.co/ex6hMk
So I figured that maybe I didn't connect my USB 3 cable right on the motherboard, so I used the other USB slots and I got the windows setup screen but after being done I got this screen again https://ibb.co/kYA3SQ
So how can I run my Windows?

My uneducated guess is that said screen is for flashing BIOS from usb stick, a nice feature if you cannot do it from windows or have problems making bootable usb stick to do it from there.

Also many computers have had problems with installing windows from USB3 ports due to lacking driver support on windows side, you likely managed to get past that by trying with older non-blue usb2 port.
Since you managed to install windows, easiest things to do would be either:
take off the usb stick, you don't need it anymore (this would be the easiest solution)
or
change boot order so it wont try to access usb stick anymore before it boots from hard disk.
