Issues updating Win7

I need some help I'm trying to get updates for windows 7 but it keeps giving me error codes, any way to just force the update through CMD?

WindowsUpdate_80070002 is the error I'm getting

Have you tried running the automated Fix it from Microsoft.


fix it for registering the .dll's if you had a virus.

Yeah I already ran Fix It and it said I have no known issues? but then it still doesn't work...
